Loving Christ Deeply and People Rightly

John 12:1-8

Have you ever noticed on airplane flights that you are instructed to place the emergency oxygen masks on yourself first before your children? We understand this thinking since it makes sense that we first have air in our lungs before we can help others have air in theirs. The same thinking holds true regarding our service to others. We cannot serve and minister to peoples needs if we put them before our personal worship to Christ.
